1. Order Processing
Orders are typically handled within 1–3 business days after purchase. Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, or busy seasons. Orders placed on non-business days are processed the following workday.
2. Shipping Options and Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. We currently offer:
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Usually arrives in 2–3 business days.
- Next-Day Shipping: Delivered the next business day if placed before the daily cutoff time.
3. Delivery Area
We currently ship orders within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to follow the delivery status of your package.
5. Shipping Problems
If your order hasn’t arrived or has been delayed, contact us at david@cascadecustomcreations.com. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
6. Failed or Returned Deliveries
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or is returned to us, we’ll reach out to coordinate redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives with damage or missing contents, contact us within 7 days of delivery at david@cascadecustomcreations.com. Include your order number and photos if applicable.
