At Cascade Custom Creations, we value your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit cascadecustomcreations.com or order from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Order and contact information: your name, email, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses when you place an order, request a quote, or contact us.
- Payment information: card payments are processed securely by Square. We never see or store your full card number.
- Artwork you upload: logos, drawings or QR codes you send us for engraving, plus any engraving text such as a name for the cash clip.
- Email sign-ups: your email address if you join our list for new designs, show dates and deals.
- Usage information: your browser, device, IP address and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and similar tools (see section 4).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To make, engrave and ship your order, and to let you schedule local pickup.
- To send emails about your order, including order confirmations, shipping updates, a request for a review after delivery, and a reminder if you leave items in your cart.
- To answer questions and quote requests.
- To send our email newsletter, only if you sign up. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
- To run our affiliate program and pay commissions on referred sales.
- To keep the website secure and to understand how it is used so we can improve it.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the business:
- Square, to process payments.
- Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Our website host and email delivery service, to run the site and send emails.
- Google (Analytics and Search Console), to measure website traffic.
- Our affiliate partners see only that a sale was referred, not your personal details.
- When required by law.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to keep your shopping cart working, remember your preferences, protect the site from abuse, and measure traffic with Google Analytics. We also use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s server connection to see which Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and purchases and to measure how those ads perform. Meta may set cookies and receive information such as the pages you view and the purchases you make. If you arrive through an affiliate partner’s link, a referral cookie records that so the partner can be credited for the sale. Our Google reviews section is provided by Trustindex. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, like the cart, may not work without them.
5. How Long We Keep Information
We keep order records as long as needed for orders, returns, warranty requests and tax records. Artwork you upload is kept with your order so we can remake or repair it if needed; ask us anytime to delete it. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
6. Data Security
Our site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and security monitoring. No method of sending or storing data online is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop receiving emails, by contacting us below.
8. Children
Our website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes to This Policy
