Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: October 10, 2026

At Cascade Custom Creations, every laser engraved piece is made to order just for you. This policy explains which items can be returned and what we do if something arrives defective or damaged.

1. Custom Engraved Items

  • Laser engraved and personalized items are made to order, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • This includes engraved wallets, tumblers, water bottles, can holders, Prism Tumblers, and any item with one of our designs or your own artwork.
  • If an engraved item arrives defective or damaged, we will make it right. See section 3.

2. Non-Engraved Items

  • Items that are not engraved or personalized, such as blank Metal Wallets, Epoxy Wallets, Epoxy Serving Boards, AirTag Wallets and Damascus Wallets, can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If any item, engraved or not, arrives defective, damaged, or with a mistake on our part, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Email david@cascadecustomcreations.com with your order number and photos of the problem.
  • We will replace the item or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.

4. Starting a Return

  • Email david@cascadecustomcreations.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will reply with the next steps. Please contact us before sending anything back.

5. Refund Process

  • We will inspect the returned item and let you know whether the refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Canceling an Order

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund if requested within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, your order may already be in production or transit and cancellation may not be possible.
