1. What types of items do you create?
We laser engrave custom metal wallets, tumblers, water bottles, can holders and Prism Tumblers, and we handcraft epoxy wallets, epoxy serving boards, and custom barn doors and kennels. Everything is made with care in Redmond, Oregon.
2. Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! We welcome custom projects. Email us your ideas at david@cascadecustomcreations.com and we’ll work with you to create something unique.
3. Do you personalize products?
Yes, many of our products can be personalized with names, dates, or messages. Just let us know what you’d like, and we’ll make it happen.
4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 48 hours (2 business days). Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
5. What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials such as slim aluminum for our metal wallets, solid wood, epoxy resin, and food-safe finishes. We carefully source everything for durability and beauty.
6. Can I return a custom order?
Custom engraved and personalized items are made to order, so they can’t be returned. If anything arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you. Non-engraved items can be returned within 30 days. See our Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, we can package your item for gifting. Please add a note at checkout or email us with your request.
8. Is local pickup available?
Yes! Free local pickup in Redmond, Oregon is available by appointment. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll contact you to schedule a time. We also ship across the U.S.
9. How do I care for my wood or epoxy product?
Use a soft cloth and mild soap to clean. Avoid soaking in water or using harsh chemicals to preserve the finish and longevity of your item.
10. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at david@cascadecustomcreations.com with photos and your order number. We’ll replace the item or refund you.
11. Where can I see your products in person?
Our wallets are on display at Redmond Trading Company in Redmond, Oregon and at Tannerite in Eugene, Oregon. You can also visit our booth at upcoming shows, or pick up your order free in Redmond by appointment.
