7. Custom Artwork, Logos and QR Codes
When you send us a logo, drawing, text or QR code to engrave, you confirm that:
- You own the artwork, or you have permission from the owner to use it.
- It does not infringe anyone else’s trademark, copyright or other rights.
- Any QR code or link you provide goes where you want it to. Please test it before ordering, because we engrave it exactly as provided.
We may decline or cancel any order with artwork we cannot or will not engrave, including another company’s logo used without permission or content we consider offensive. If we cancel for this reason, we will refund your payment. We may adjust contrast and clean up stray pixels so your image engraves clearly, but we will not change your design without contacting you.
