These terms apply to everyone in the Cascade Custom Creations affiliate program. By applying to the program, you agree to them.
Joining the program
- Applications are reviewed by hand. We may approve or decline any application.
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate contact and payment details.
- Your affiliate account is for you only and may not be transferred.
How you earn
- You earn 20% commission on the products in an order placed through your affiliate link. Shipping and taxes are not included.
- When someone clicks your link, the referral is remembered for 30 days on that device. If they buy within those 30 days, the sale is credited to you.
- You cannot earn commission on your own orders or on orders placed by you for someone else.
When you get paid
- Each commission is held for 30 days, which matches our return window. If the order is cancelled, refunded or returned during that time, the commission is cancelled.
- After the 30-day hold, approved commissions are paid manually to the payment details on your account.
- You can see your visits, referrals and earnings at any time in the Affiliate Area.
How you may promote us
- Share your link honestly: on your website, blog, social media, videos, or with friends and customers.
- Tell people that you earn a commission when they buy through your link, as required by the FTC and similar rules.
- Describe our products accurately. Do not promise discounts, prices or results that we do not offer.
What is not allowed
- Spam of any kind: unsolicited email, text messages, comments or direct messages.
- Showing our website inside a frame on your site, using hidden links, pop-ups or anything that sets your link without a real click.
- Paid search ads that use “Cascade Custom Creations” or a close variation, unless we agree in writing.
- Pretending to be Cascade Custom Creations, or using our name and logo in a way that suggests you are us.
- Promoting our products on sites with illegal, hateful, adult or misleading content.
- Posting coupon codes we have not given you to share.
Ending the program
You can leave the program at any time. We may suspend or close an affiliate account at any time. If an account is closed for breaking these terms, unpaid commissions may be cancelled. Otherwise, approved commissions earned before closing will still be paid.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and continuing in the program after a change means you accept it.
