We’ve been in Reno at the Nugget Rib Cook-off since Wednesday.

The first two days were spent trying to cool everyone with fans over buckets of water.

The third day, we used the same buckets of water to secure our store to the ground as we had gusts of wind up to 40mph. Just for fun, Mother Nature added a touch of moisture€¦..to keep our buckets full.

The die hard fans of this annual event are still coming in.

We will finish up the Reno show Monday night (Labor Day) and be home for a quick stop and back to TuleLake, CA to the Butte Valley Fair.
